April 28, 2012 – Yarnover sponsored by the MN Knitters' Guild, Hopkins High School, Minnetonka, MN. Vendor hours: 9 AM – 4:45 PM.

May 12 & 13, 2012 – Shepherd's Harvest, Washington County Fairgrounds, Lake Elmo, MN. Sat: 9 AM - 5 PM; Sun: 10 AM - 4 PM.

June 2 (NEW DATE!), July 21, & August 18, 2012 – Mill City Farmer's Market, Chicago Ave. & 2nd St. S. (between the Guthrie Theater & Mill City Museum), Minneapolis, MN. 8 AM – 1 PM. NOTE: This market will only have my hand-dyed and hand-crafted items–no undyed fibers, undyed yarns, hand scrubs, sachets, books, or kits. But if you want to pick up those items from me at the market, call or email me a few days in advance to tell me what you need and I'll bring it to the market.

October 6 & 7, 2012 – Celebrate the Harvest – Annual Fiber Arts and Local Foods Fair, Gale Woods Farm (Three Rivers Park District park), Minnetrista, MN. October 6: 9 AM – 5 PM; Oct. 7: 10 AM – 4 PM.

November 3, 2012 – Upper Midwest Fall Fiber Festival – Annual Fiber Fair sponsored by the Upper Midwest Alpaca Growers, Eisenhower Community Center, Hopkins, MN. 9 AM – 4 PM.

Gale Woods Farm…
(Gale Woods is an educational, working farm and a public park in the Minnesota/Twin Cities Three Rivers Park District. Click here to visit the Gale Woods website and register for one of the following classes.)

Swedish Twined Fingerless Mitts – Learn to knit with the Swedish Twined Knitting technique; 3 hour class; Saturday, October 20, 2012; time TBA.

Cable Workshop – Cowl Neck Wrap – Learn how to read and work knitted cables and begin a cowl style neck wrap; 3 hour class; Saturday, November 10, 2012; time TBA.

Beginning Spinning – Learn how to spin with a drop spindle & try your hand at a wheel; 5 hour class; Saturday, November 17, 2012; time TBA.

Farm Socks From the Toe Up – Knit a pair of sturdy socks from the toe up; 2 sessions – one, 2 hour class, Saturday, January 12, 2013; & one, 3 hour class, Saturday, January 19, 2013; time TBA.

Swedish Twined Knitting – Beyond the Basics Workshop – Begin to knit a small bag using advanced techniques of twined knitting. Prerequisite: Beginning Twined Knitting class (see above); 3 hour class; Saturday, January 26, 2013; time TBA.
